Data protection

When your son or daughter joins the group, we will ask you to complete a form which contains name and address, contact telephone numbers, details of family doctor etc. This information is only used for scouting purposes.

We will also invite parents/guardians to complete a form so that if you help us with an event where children are involved, you have already been cleared to do so by the relevant authorities. We hope that we can count on your co-operation in this matter which is for the safety of all children.
